Female Amputee Wins “Run to the Future 24-Hour Race”

Amy Palmiero-Winters, a BK amputee runner, was the OVERALL winner (among able-bodied men and women) in the Run to the Future 24-Hour race in Glendale, AZ on Dec 31-Jan 1, and appears to have qualified for the U.S. National team to the 2010 World 24-Hour Run Championship. Go, Amy!!!
